Connection
When ever you see the icon "I'm online - Let's Chat" it means that this person is currently online. In order to open our Instant Messenger you just need to click on this icon. |

This will then open the Instant Messenger window. Please allow a few seconds for it to connect.... |

|

....and then type your message and press send. Please be patient while you wait for the receiver to open their Instant Messenger window. |

The other person will then see a pop up Instant Messenger window.... |

...and then the Instant Messenger will open. |

Web Cam/ Microphone
If you are a Gold or Platinum Member and have a web cam or microphone, you can choose to have a voice or video chat session by clicking on the open a/v button, then selecting yes to the pop up window which says "allow #SiteDomain#.com to access your web cam and microphone?" |

This will then open your web cam and microphone and show how you appear in the bottom picture... |

The other person can either continue to have a text conversation whilst viewing and hearing your web cam, or if they are a Gold or Platinum Member they can open their web cam and microphone to have a 2 way voice and video conversation... |

Both people can now see and hear each other and also see how they appear to the person....

Virtual Kiss
You can now have a video and voice conversation and can also send text messages to each other. If you like someone you can send them a "Virtual Kiss"...

Closing Instant Messenger Session
When you've finished your conversation, hang up by clicking in the 'x' in the right hand corner. |
